The Farnsworth House in Illinios USA by Mies van der Rohe. Built between 1945 -1951 as a weekend retreat. It is based around one room with utilities in a rectangular pod in the middle.

This is the Chapel of Notre Dame du Haut at Ronchamp in France by Le Corbusier. Completed in 1954. A utterly beautiful shape is is also utterly bonkers. The concrete roof looks like it is floating. One of the buildings I most have to see in real life at least once.

This is the entrance hall to Le Corbusier’s own penthouse that he designed in 1931. Just look at all that colour and that amazing pivoting door… wow.. that pop of red and yellow.
