The Art Nouveau Style

Art Nouveau from about 1890 to the First World War is a style of design and architecture prominent in Europe, Britian and the USA. The style is know for its curvy lines, circles and intricate flowing shapes based on natural forms. Designs were often asymmetrical and highly decorated with flowers and leaf shapes. Stained glass was very popular. I have chosen these images to represent the style.
